SOLIDIFY
to unite firmly
consolidate
become crystallized
Do you ever feel like you have too many irons in the fire?
I have felt this way many times.
This year feels different.
It always helps me to write out my goals for the new year.
This is the word I've chosen for 2011. It represents a certain steadiness. Clarity.

This year feels different.
It always helps me to write out my goals for the new year.
It feels like a fresh start and gives a greater sense of purpose.
I am excited about this year.
Having several irons in the fire can be a good thing. Passion and creativity are powerful forces. They keep us moving forward and excited about life. Focusing on a few of those irons is where I'm at right now.

It's steadier. More certain.
Feels right.
Focused passion is a powerful thing.
I can't wait to see what 2011 will bring!
Clarity, unity and solidity are looking good this year.

Choosing a word for the year is a great idea....hmmmm...off to think of one now.
I think that's a great word for the year :)
That's a fabulous New Year word. Last year was my year of solidifying everything I do. I cut out things that were making me unhappy and added on things that made me happy. It was a good year!

I like how you put this! Like you've found your focus. My word is Thrive but I just haven't posted about it.
Hi Laurie...just wanted to let you know I haven't forgotten about you...I had some unexpected turn of events - will get to you soon!
I love the idea of a word for the year, and mine is BALANCE.
Happy New Year Laurie, (and thanks for crediting me in your post!)
